Interregional conference "Women-Leaders of Changes in Local Communities"

Within the framework of the project "Women Leaders in Changes in Local Communities" in 2017, Charitable Foundation “Equity and Mutual Respect” organized 15 interactive trainings, bringing together more than 420 active representatives of local communities from all regions of Ukraine: from Chernihiv to Odessa, from Lviv to the territories of the eastern regions under control of Ukrainian government. The main objective of the project is to train and motivate women to take leadership and social responsibility at the local level.

The Interregional Conference aims to continue the discussion on the issue of women's leadership in Ukraine, to create a communication platform for stakeholders in order to build new and deepen existing links, as well as develop ways to further develop the project.
