On June 30, 2017, training "Women - Leaders of Changes in Local Communities" took place for the representatives of Zhytomyr oblast. The activity of the participants of the event, their interest, aspiration for self-development and improvement made this it extremely rich and interactive.
Almost 30 women shared their experience of working an dealing with the local councils, non-governmental organizations, as well as public institutions of general interest.
The important element of the training was the discovery of a significant potential and the desire to work with social projects of the local population, which testifies the high development of the idea of social responsibility of the residents of Zhytomyr region.
