On September 29, 2017, training “Women - Leaders of Changes in Local Communities” took place for the representatives of Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil oblasts. Almost 30 active women-epresentatives of local communities participated in lively discussions on the problems faced by women in modern Ukrainian society and mechanisms of their rights protection at the local and national levels; in addition to this they gained useful knowledge on the creation of the social project model and public presentation of their ideas.

Representing 12 different administrative and territorial units of the aforementioned oblasts, participants gladly shared their own experience of the social, political and other public activity. Positive attitude and dynamics of the group contributed to the effective fulfillment of the set of practical tasks, in particular, defining the structure of the potential social projects, identification of the specific problems to be addressed, goals and means of achieving the desired result.
