On July 21, 2017, for the representatives of Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia oblasts took place a training “Women - Leaders of Changes in Local Communities”. The event brought together almost 30 representatives of different national, ethnic, religious, age and social groups in Zaporizhzhia.

The attraction of attention and active discussion of the issues of tolerance, respect and inclusiveness of society, and acceptance of each member of the community through the prism of the concept of “peer-to-peer” constituted one of the most important parts of the training. Elimination of stereotypes and discrimination has been identified as the key to the success of the society. Participants willingly shared their local communities’ experience on the problems they are facing and tools of their overcoming, which created conditions for the formation of a platform for further cooperation of stakeholders at the oblast level.
