On July 27, 2017, training “Women - Leaders of Changes in Local Communities” took place for the representatives of Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi oblasts. 30 talented, motivated and successful representatives of local communities joined the event and filled it with a friendly atmosphere of cooperation and consolidation.

Trainers and participants paid a lot of attention to the issue of public speaking skills and the improvement of skills and abilities of the art of persuasion and presentation of ones ideas: relevant issues were dealt with during each of the training sessions with the relevant comments and recommendations. It should be noted that the diversity of audiences regarding the experience of public speaking contributed to the fact that the information was processed briskly, with curiosity and desire to acquire new knowledge. The practical component of the event contributed to the development of self-confidence amongst participants and combating internal fears for speaking to the wide public.
